CIM Financial Services’ Green Bonds Approved for Listing

The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM) Listing Executive Committee has greenlit the listing of CIM Financial Services Limited (CFSL) 3.95% 04/11/24 Series Notes.

These notes, issued under CFSL’s Rs 9 Billion medium-term Note Programme, will be listed on the Official Market for Rs1.1 Billion.

They are classified as ‘Green Bonds’ according to the Financial Services Commission’s guidelines.

Trading, set to commence on October 25, 2023, will offer 50 notes at an indicative price of Rs100,000 each, subject to trading procedure adjustments.
