Mauritius to Ink Agreement with South Korea to Boost Tourism

Mauritius is set to sign an agreement with South Korea to boost tourism, aiming to attract more Korean visitors to the island.
This announcement follows a visit by the Korean Ambassador, Son Yong-ho, who also generously donated Samsung office equipment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Maneesh Gobin, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasized the strong bilateral relations between Mauritius and South Korea and expressed the desire for a full-fledged South Korean ambassador in Mauritius.
Ambassador Yong-ho highlighted the significance of the Korean donation in aiding the Ministry’s operations and mentioned an upcoming bilateral agreement to promote Mauritius as a preferred destination, especially for honeymooners.
