Estonia's e-Governance Academy makes recommendations to Mauritius

The e-Governance Academy of Estonia has just conducted a SWOT analysis of the project to set up the Mauritius Digital Transformation Agency.

The consultants have also carried out a mapping of core competencies needed for the proposed new agency and availability of those competencies.

Based on their recommendations, a high-level Steering Committee will be set up at the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation.

The Committee will look into implications of recommendations contained in the report from a legal, organisational, financial and human resource perspective.

An Action Plan will then be defined for the implementation of the recommendations.
