UIL withdraws Scheme of Arrangement application with Supreme Court

United Investments Ltd has successfully withdrawn its Scheme of Arrangement’s application with the Supreme Court on July 26, 2022.

Additionally, the application opposing the said Scheme has also been successfully withdrawn by the interested party.

As such, UIL has issued a Cautionary Announcement stating that it is no longer involved in any court cases with respect to the Scheme.

UIL is a public company incorporated in Mauritius and listed on the Development and Enterprise Market (DEM) of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM).
