FSC issues Rules for Global Shared Services for public consultation

The Financial Services Commission (FSC) has just issued the Financial Services (Global Shared Services) Rules made under the Financial Services Act 2007 for public consultation. The proposed Rules have been drafted by the FSC.

The industry stakeholders and public have been invited to submit their views and comments on the proposed Rules.

Interested parties are therefore, invited to send their comments, feedback and suggestions in relation to the above-mentioned Rules not later than Friday 02 September 2022 at gss@fscmauritius.org.
