NIT looking for a strategic partner to manage funds

The National Investment Trust is requesting proposals for the selection of a strategic partner for managing 8 funds under its management.
The documents will be uploaded on its website on June 1.
The minimum criteria is that the bidder will need to have a CIS Manager license or an Investment Adviser (Unrestricted) license from the Financial Services Commission (FSC).
The bidder, the NIT said, should have experience in fund management of both local and international portfolios.
NIT is incorporated as a closed-end fund whose principal activity was to invest in shares and securities in both the local and international markets.
