Mauritius to host big event on cryptocurrencies

Over 300 entities business dealing with cryptocurrencies will be meeting at the Cryptoverse Summit in Mauritius on 18 May 2022.

The hybrid event is organised by Wakanda 4.0 and intends to shed light on virtual assets and blockchain.

Several event partners say the recent “Virtual Asset and Initial Token Offering Services Bill” is a step in the right direction.

“However, there is a need to move fast as there is an interest among investors for Mauritius. Financial Services Minister Mahen Seeruttun will be the Chief Guest at the event.
