Air Mauritius to resume flights to Rodrigues

Commercial flights resume to Rodrigues resume as from January 12 with a mandatory 7-day quarantine imposed and at the expense of travellers disembarking on the island.

Only “fully vaccinated” passengers (including the booster dose), except minors, will be allowed to travel to Rodrigues.

All passengers will be required to undergo a rapid antigenic test five to seven days before boarding.

Passengers must also undergo a PCR test within 24 hours before boarding the flight to Rodrigues, either at a private clinic or at the airport.

If a PCR test is to be performed at the airport, the passenger must arrive at airport at least six hours before departure.

Air Mauritius will reportedly operate commercial flights to and from Rodrigues on January 12, 14, 21, 23 and 30, 2022, also on February 1, 8, and 10, 2022.
