ICAC freezes over Rs230million worth of assets

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) has frozen assets worth over Rs 230 million in connection with cases of fraud and corruption during the last five years.

The frozen assets included lands valued at Rs 41.5 million, vehicles worth Rs 22 million, bank accounts worth Rs 15 million, speedboats worth Rs 5.6 million, horses valued at Rs 500,000 among others.
