Mauritius Opposition Leader down with Covid-19

Opposition leader Xavier-Luc Duval was reportedly absent from Parliament on Tuesday July 12 after he was tested positive for COVID-19.

Hence, there was no Private Notice Question (PNQ) against Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth.

“As I am still recovering from COVID-19, in particular a bad cough, I shall not be able to attend Parliament,” Duval said.

Parliamentary works pursued on Tuesday.
