Mauritius sets up cyber intelligence, defence platform

Mauritius will soon introduce a national digital platform to facilitate sharing of real-time cyber threat intelligence.

The MAUSHIELD is being developed by the Computer Emergency Response Team Mauritius (CERT-MU).

MAUSHIELD is expected to help public and private sector organisations to improve their cyber defence capabilities.

It would also allow various authorities/organisations to conduct cyber threat situational analysis in Mauritius.

The system is expected to go live by end of June 2022.
