Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth’s Special Adviser’, Prakash Maunthrooa, has just been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Airports of Mauritius Ltd (AML) and Mauritius Duty Free Paradise (MDFP) Co Ltd.

He replaces Ken Arian as Chairman of AML who is now the Chief Executive Officer of Airport Holdings Limited.

After being cleared in the high-profile Boskalis corruption case, Maunthrooa was reappointed adviser to the Prime Minister’s Office in October.
