CIM Financial Services invests in Fundkiss lending platform

CIM Financial Services Ltd has made an undisclosed minority investment into digital lending platform Fundkiss Technologies.

Fundkiss allows SMEs to borrow directly from individual and institutional investors.

As part of the transaction, CIM Financial Services, which is listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, will also finance SME projects on fundkiss.mu and consequently lend to more SMEs and expand its reach.

“This strategic investment will support Fundkiss in its mission to simplify financing to SMEs and to strengthen its operational capabilities,” CIM Financial Services said in a communique pursuant to the SEM’s Listing Rule 11.3 and Rule 5 of the Securities (Disclosure Obligations of Reporting Issuer) Rules 2007.
