Harel Mallac Corporate Services resigns as New Frontier’s Registrar

Harel Mallac Corporate Services Ltd has resigned as Registrar and Transfer Agent of publicly-listed New Frontier Properties Ltd.

The resignation was announced by JSE SENS Department.

“The Board of New Frontier hereby notifies its shareholders that Harel Mallac Corporate Services Ltd,Mauritius have tendered their resignation as Registrar and Transfer Agent to the Company with effect from 15 September 2021,” the Board of New Frontier.

The resignation of Harel Mallac Corporate Services Ltd comes days after BDO & CO Ltd (Mauritius) resigned as auditors of the company.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the Official Market of the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

New Frontier was incorporated on 5 June 2014 and currently holds a Category 1 Global Business Licence. The Company invests primarily in properties, property-related rights and land in respect of retail and logistics/warehouse properties and developments.

Geographically, the New Frontier targets assets situated primarily in the UK and mainland Europe.
