FSC revokes Taysun’s Management License

The Financial Services Commission has revoked the Management License and the Approval of Taysun Corporate Services Ltd to act as Captive Insurance Agent.

Taysun Corporate Services Ltd was granted a Management Licence on 01 March 2010 and was approved as a Captive Insurance Agent on 21 November 2016.

The Enforcement Committee of the FSC said the company has committed breaches of the FSA, the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2002, the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations 2018 and the United Nations (Financial Prohibitions,
Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act 2019.
