CIM raises Rs2.5 billion from private investors

CIM Financial Services Ltd has announced that it has successfully raised an amount of Rs2.5billion for a 2 year period by way of a private placement under its Rs2.5 billion Bond Programme.

CIM’s Board of Directors said the operation was pursuant to Rule 4(3) of the Securities (Preferential Offer) Rules 2017 issued by the Financial Services Commission (FSC).

It added that these Notes have been assigned a ‘AA’ rating by Care Ratings (Africa) Private Limited. They will not be listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
