Multi-level resistance to anti-COVID jab

A multi-level resistance is underway to challenge the compulsory vaccination against COVID-19, l’Express reported. Billboards have reportedly been placed at numerous strategic places around the country bearing the message: “Mo lekor Mo drwa Mo swa (My body, my right, my choice)”.

A school bus driver, Lindsay Marion and Deenarain Lokee, a social worker, have separately asked the Supreme Court to initiate a judicial review against a ‘regulation’ issued by the Ministry of Health on June 2 which restricts access to educational and health institutions – unless the person has been vaccinated or has a negative PCR test (of less than 7 days).

The duo also asked the Supreme Court to declare null and void the vaccination ‘consent form’. The Supreme Court has been requested to order a ‘Stay of Execution until it hears the case and gives a verdict.”
