The Ministry of Environmeny has issued a ‘stop order‘ against the Aurore Beach Villas on the account that the project is “public land (sea front) encroachment” – that is, beyond the limits of the High-Water Mark.

Developed by Gerdira Investissement Ltée, Aurore Beach Villas is a 17-apartments project on 1.25 acres on Belle Mare beach.

The works started in August 2020 and 70% complete, Defi Media reported.
