Mc Donald’s manager accuses employer of using expired products

A manager of Mc Donald’s outlet in the west of the country has denounced the alleged use of expired products. “This is important. I cannot stay quiet, even if it means losing my job,” the manager was cited as claiming by Le Mauricien and l’Express.

The questionnable products include tartar sauce, cheese and mayonnaise. They are distributed to the various Mc Donald’s outlets around the island. The Manager is also said to have reported the case to Ministry of Health.

Mc Donald’s has reportedly triggered an internal investigation.
